Our Kids Alive! Program offers children kindergarten through 5th grade an opportunity to study the Bible through unique and creative experiences including video, storytelling, drama/puppetry, cooking, simple science, art, music and computer.
Children 3 to 5 years old learn about Jesus on their very own level through stories, songs and crafts. Sometimes, our older kids are able to take turns helping our adult volunteers lead the preschoolers—and they all love it!
Our nursery staff provide infants and toddlers up to 3 years old with loving care during Sunday School and the worship service.
10:30-11:30am
Each Sunday prior to the message, children age 4 through 5th grade are excused to have their own time of worship and learning about God together.

Easter Egg Hunt
Each year, typically on Palm Sunday, we gather for lunch following our worship service and an Easter Egg Hunt on the church lawn. There are always treats for everyone!
Vacation Bible School
Each summer at Vacation Bible School, we make new friends, sing fun songs, meet characters in the Bible, do art projects and science explorations, and play active games. We’d love to have your kids join us! Typically held the last week of June.
Family Fun Nights
Join us for a night of games, food and lots of fun for all ages! See our church calendar for information on our next scheduled Fun Night.
Fall Fest
Around Halloween each year, children and their families are invited to participate in a community candy hunt before meeting at the church for hot dogs, chips, s’mores, hot chocolate and games on the lawn. Join us!
Christmas Bible School is an HBC tradition. On the first Saturday of December, we hold a Saturday morning version of our summer VBS program where we share with kids about the real meaning of the Christmas season through the story of the birth of Jesus. Come and celebrate his birthday with us this year!
